A new era begins for Challengers Women. After the amazing work put together by @tayz02 last year and a thorough recruitment process, we are delighted to welcome a brand-new coaching staff to the Challengers women’s section. Ex-Essex women’s Head Coach, Paul Davidge, will lead the team into a new era in 2026, supported by @ollytapp and ex-Gloucestershire women’s Head Coach, Ralph Hardwick. The team will be put to the test for the first time when we come up against @theblazecricket at Lady Bay on May 11th in our first fixture of the season. Welcome Paul and team.
