This was my first Lexi Blake book, and I enjoyed it. The story was good and paced well for everything going on; it was filled with drama, suspense, and insta-love that’s sweet and entertaining, which is a great way to start off this legacy series. This book follows Joshua, Grim (Jared), and Nicole (Nora). Nicole is currently on the run, accused of murdering her abusive husband, which she did not commit. Joshua and Grim are best friends more like adoptive brothers who grew up together, and both wanted the same thing – finding the woman of their dreams to share between them. Josh, Grim, and Nicole were really sweet and hot together, and they were definitely made for each other.
