Today marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Month, with the BTCC recognising the importance of wellbeing across the paddock and wider motorsport community. With that in mind, we will be sharing content throughout May, helping to highlight personal stories, encourage open conversations and reinforce the importance of checking in with those around us.
