2024… where do I even begin? I entered the year with visions of expanding my wedding cinematography business into the world of destination weddings, and I was honestly really excited about it. I had no intention of completely changing my life, but sometimes life is funny that way. So to anybody concerned about not being “on track” with what the world tells you is normal: Keep doing you. I wouldn’t be living out my dream if I didn’t trust the process and do what I felt was right for me, despite what others may have thought. I still don’t have it all figured out, I still have doubts, and I, too, still need to call my mom when picking my health insurance. It’s OK.
