I first heard about it from jesseitzler and it completely changed how I think about pushing my limits. This year I chose to hike Havasu Falls. Flight from LA. Four hour drive. Missed the donkeys. Eight miles through the Grand Canyon with everything on our backs. Two thousand feet down in the first mile and a half alone. I genuinely questioned everything. But then — Havasu Falls. More beautiful and magical than any photo I’d ever seen online. I almost talked myself out of this trip a dozen times. I’m so glad I didn’t.
