Despite living in New England for over five years, this was my first visit to Cape Cod. We went mid-week to avoid the weekend crowds and I was grateful we rented a car. Visiting the Cape was a bit like stepping back in time - we spent time on the beach, went mini-golfing, cheered for the local summer league baseball team and watched a double-feature at the drive-in.
