City Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania There is something about Philly that holds a special place in my heart. It’s been 12 years since my last visit to accept my graduate degree diploma. I was just two years into what is now a 12 year career. I hadn’t met my husband, despite his ties to Philly. It feels like a lifetime ago and so much had changed, but there was still a familiarity and a fondness for the city as I stepped off SEPTA and into Center City.
