PRETZEL & POTATO CHIP MOON PIES ~ Salty and sweet - sign me up! While these tasty sandwiches of goodness are one of the more labor intensive cookies I’ve made lately, they are pretty incredible. The moon pie itself originated in Chattanooga Tennessee (putting on my list of places to visit). It is traditionally a graham cracker and marshmallow sandwich coated in chocolate. The addition of pretzels and potato chips may be too much for the traditionalists, but I’m definitely on board.
