Enter the "Golden Glizzy": an Australian Wagyu hot dog paired with a crisp, subtly sweet croissant bun, rich crème fraîche and mascarpone, then finished with Golden Goat caviar and edible gold flakes. The sandwich debuted at last month's Miami Open tennis tournament and will be running it back for this weekend's race to give attendees one more shot at the viral delicacy.
