A resident described being woken up early Thursday morning after a part of their home collapsed in the Nicetown-Tioga section of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Fire Department, L&I and PECO were called out to the 1800 block of Brunner Street for the partial building collapse just before 5 a.m. No one was injured in the collapse and the cause remains under investigation. #buildingcollapse #Philadelphia #news #reels
