My first baby is graduating with her Master’s in Social Work tomorrow! Whew, where do I even begin? I’ve watched her grow through every version of herself… the little girl with big feelings, the young woman finding her voice, and now a woman walking boldly in her purpose. To see her earn this degree in a field centered around helping, healing, advocating, and loving people feels so full circle. As a therapist and a mom, this one hits different. Because I know the emotional weight this work carries. I know the sacrifice, the long nights, the tears, the self-doubt, and the strength it takes to keep showing up anyway.
