You can usually find Blake bringing consistent energy and intensity to the 4:30 class. Whether it is bench press, cleans, or any work on the board, Blake shows up ready to attack the workout. He is steady, committed, and coachable, pushing himself beyond comfort while setting the tone for those around him. We are grateful Blake chose Thelo Fitness as a place to grow and put in the work!
βI started training at Thelo in August 2025 because I was tired of being comfortable with being uncomfortable. I was not okay with how I looked physically or how I felt mentally. A man at my church challenged me to do hard things, and I took that seriously. Joining Thelo has pushed me both mentally and physically.
