Amy McGorry, the longtime Long Island TV reporter in desperate need of a liver transplant, got some life-changing news this week. Doctors at Weill-Cornell Medicine told her they found a live liver donor who is a match. The donor, who is anonymous, is a woman who is not related to McGorry, she said.
