From an early age, I was taught how to hustle and grind. I learned how to keep going no matter how tired I felt. I also know I am not alone in that experience. So many Black women in leadership and education have spent years pouring into everyone else and quietly running on empty. That is why the UNITY Women’s Leadership Summit + Retreat was created. From June 26–28 in San Diego, we will be together for a weekend centered on rest, reflection, connection, and holistic leadership.
