There aren’t many people more strong-willed than referees. Really enjoyed hosting this panel with Sian Massey-Ellis, Amy Fearn and Mat Wilkes. We even had a VAR experience at the back of the room! Sian is one of the most recognisable assistant referees in the game, officiating in the Premier League and on the international stage. Amy became the first woman to referee in the Football League, while Mat has overcome serious illness to officiate in the Premier League and at an FA Cup Final at Wembley.
