153 participants across Georgia and Alabama. Pre and post surveys. Five outcomes measured: stress, physical discomfort, body tension, overwhelmed thoughts, and sense of calm.
The findings were presented to me last week.
Every single outcome showed statistically significant improvement — after one session!
Mean stress scores dropped from 5.8 to 1.6.
97% said they would attend again.

These results are not a blanket statement about sound healing. They are specific to a structured facilitation protocol designed with a defined intention: stress relief and pain reduction.
That distinction, between a performer and a facilitator, between a general experience and a protocol held for a specific outcome, is what this field needs more of. And it is what the data is beginning to support.
