Road trip to Edmonton > Volleyball, ice cream, big mall, Saskatoon, Paralympic volleyball, worlds largest Ukrainian eggs, National park, more volleyball and lots of road. - Random captures on our road trip to Edmonton for my son’s National Volleyball Tournament. Even on short road trips we make it a point to appreciate our surroundings. The best advice I was given about road trips, was to take your time and explore. We’ve made some of our best memories in the simplest places and in a matter of 30mins or less. Stop for ice cream, turn off on to a dirt road, check out parks, chat with other travellers, drive through small towns and cities, go pick some berries or whatever you can think of doing that would make your trip memorable. Sometimes you just gotta stop, look around, stretch and jump back in the car and in minutes you’ve just created a new experience that might not have happened.
