LEMON LILAC G&T⇩ 🌸 With citrus and florals setting the tone, emilylaurae crafts a G&T worthy of a lavish backyard soirée 🤩 Find the recipe below, complete with a lilac syrup that’s surprisingly easy to make at home! 👇 LEMON LILAC GIN & TONIC 🍋 ◦ 2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin ◦ 1½ oz Meyer Lemon Juice ◦ 1 oz Lilac Syrup* ◦ 4 oz Grapefruit Tonic Water ◦Meyer Lemon Slices & Lilac Blossoms, to garnish METHOD: Add the lilac syrup and Meyer lemon juice to your serving glass. Add ice to fill your glass ¾ of the way full before adding tonic water. Carefully float Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin on top using a bar spoon, to create a layered effect.
