First full season in football, done ✅ A year that’s pushed me in every direction, professionally and personally. This season hasn’t been straightforward. It’s been demanding, at times tough, but also a huge learning curve but I wouldn’t change it for the world. Proud of the work that’s gone in across the season, despite the results on the pitch - a lot of it unseen, but important. That’s part of the role. Grateful for the people around me who I know care and the trust to do the job. Now it’s about taking everything from this season and going again. It’s always tough saying goodbye to those who you’ve grown close to but that’s football, you’ve got to deal with these things and move forward.
