Tonight, we enter Yom HaZikaron.
A night where the noise fades and a nation remembers.
Over the years, we’ve had the honor and privilege to build connections with the families of קדושים, sitting with families of terror victims and hostages, listening, crying, and witnessing pain that words can’t hold. These aren’t just headlines to us. These are families we’ve met. People we’ve embraced. Stories that have become part of us.
At Aish, this day is not marked in passing. It is deeply felt, deeply honored, and an essential part of who we are as a yeshiva.
On Yom Hazikaron, we come together to remember, to reflect, and to carry responsibility forward.
However, we don’t just remember. We carry them with us.
Their names. Their stories. Their legacy.
May we live lives worthy of their memory. 🕯️
