The sweetest family-run diner, Dads’ Kitchen and Co. in St. Pete ♥️👨❤️👨
Comment HEART for the full story
Dads’ Kitchen and Co. in the Grand Central District is a love letter to comfort food, and we’re not just talking about their biscuits with corned beef hash gravy.
Owners Nick Ellis and Joseph Christianson are two proud dads raising four children with intellectual and physical disabilities. They aren’t just building a restaurant, they’re building a legacy of kindness. They previously ran Roo Roo’s Diner in Largo, where they famously employed and taught adults with disabilities.
This visit we got the Chicken Benedict (the fried chicken is REAL GOOD), the Popeye Omelet, and a vanilla latte.
