A judge is set to decide who gets to be a millionaire next week as a $12 million winning lottery ticket sits in limbo. A lawsuit filed in Maricopa County Superior Court in February asked a judge to determine who is entitled to a $12.8 million Arizona Lottery prize after a winning ticket was sold at a Circle K on 56th Street and Bell Road. “This is a unique situation, and we are not aware of any prior litigation of this sort involving the Arizona Lottery,” a spokesperson said in a statement to Arizona’s Family.
