Weight Loss Wednesday.  Some of you may not know this, but yes… I’m 46 years old. What many people also don’t realize is that about 8 years ago, I hit my heaviest weight at 230 lbs. I had stopped running, started eating way more than I should have, and honestly just lost focus on my health. At first, I blamed the weight gain on career success and entrepreneurial wins that led to eating out constantly. Then I blamed keeping the weight on for years because of the nonstop travel my career demanded. The truth is, excuses are easy to make when life gets busy. Even though I stopped drinking alcohol back in 2012, my health still became a constant struggle. Blood pressure issues. Cholesterol issues. Low energy. I just couldn’t seem to shake it.
