Mums carry a huge mental and physical load.
Work.
Motherhood.
Hormones.
Relationships.
Money worries.
Identity shifts.
The constant juggle of trying to hold everything together.
It’s a lot.
And that’s why spaces where mums can come together, share honestly and build alongside each other matter so much.
Because sometimes just being around people who get it makes all the difference.
