Yesterday someone asked me how long I think it will take them to reach their goals
My honest answer is … I literally have no clue … but what I do know is that when you focus on creating better habits & a healthier lifestyle, the physical changes naturally follow.
So the more consistent you are at building these habits, and sustaining them, the “quicker” you are likely to achieve your goals.
I’ve been doing this for a long time, 7+ years, and I still have a sh*t ton of room to grow.
