I made Tagra for Gordon Ramsay! 🐟 My family has deep roots across North Africa. My grandmother was from Tlemcen where my family lived for many years. And, one of the earliest places we can trace our ancestry back to is to Tetouan in the North of Morocco. I couldn’t think of a better way to honor my heritage than sharing a Northern Moroccan dishes with these incredible judges.
