Opening next week: White Cube at Frieze New York 2026 (Booth B9)⁠ ⁠ At Frieze New York, White Cube presents works by artists including Tracey Emin (traceyeminstudio), Sara Flores, Louise Giovanelli (louise___giovanelli), Klára Hosnedlová (klarahosnedlova) and Danica Lundy (danicalundy), among others.⁠ ⁠ Tracey Emin’s appliquéd blanket works form one of the most distinctive strands of her practice, their layered compositions conveying emotional states that are at once intimate and confrontational.⁠ ⁠ A striking example of these works, ‘It’s the way we Think’ (2004), features a black Eiffel Tower rising against a red ground, surrounded by patchwork letters while a patterned globe above is encircled by emphatic, appliquéd text – imbuing the work with a deeply emotive sensibility.⁠ ⁠ The display of this work coincides with the artist’s critically acclaimed survey, ‘A Second Life’ at Tate Modern, London, which includes several of her textile works.⁠ ⁠ 👉 Visit us at Booth B9 from 13–17 May ...
