Three 18-year-old men have been arrested in Avondale in connection to a case that left a Yuma man dead last month. Police say the incident happened on April 26 near 15th Avenue and 5th Street. Officers responded to reports of multiple rounds being fired in the area, and an 18-year-old man was later found unresponsive outside a home. He was transported to the hospital, where he later passed away. Investigators say the suspects were identified after previously coming into contact with Tempe police during a separate burglary investigation. With help from multiple agencies, all three were located and taken into custody at a home in Avondale. Additional charges related to the Yuma case are still pending.
