#BrowardCounty Judge Martin S. Fein has officially denied #YNWMelly’s latest motion for bond, ruling he will remain in jail with no bond while awaiting retrial in his double m-rder case. The judge also ruled that the “proof of guilt is evident and the presumption of guilt is great,” while finding several key State witnesses credible, including Audrey Gross, Nikaya Mirhadi-Paton, Kevin Corbett, Matthew Norman, and Victor Delgado.
