His attorney #BradfordCohen says the arrest was a coordinated surrender tied to a November 2025 case, where police searched a vehicle with one passenger inside who was not Kodak. Police allegedly found a bag with several items, including a bottle of prescription cough syrup that had Kodak’s fingerprint on it.
