Coach Di Sheppard saw Gout Gout race and knew right away he was the real deal. Soon after they began training together, Gout was winning races and gaining attention, even signing with an agent. But he stayed in school, maintained straight A’s, and kept the same coach. “It’s a pretty crazy dynamic when you think about it.
