Cincinnati City Council member Meeka Owens will be moving to the Hamilton County Commission. With all precincts reporting, Owens secured about 52% of the vote, with incumbent Stephanie Summerow Dumas winning 41% and challenger Herman Najoli pulling in 7%. Owens got the support of 33,234 voters in the race, compared to 26,258 for Dumas, according to results posted by the Hamilton County Board of Elections.
