I did NOT expect my second cookbook, The Korean Vegan Homemade to be a finalist for a James Beard Award!! But I am so proud of my second book and immensely grateful to the James Beard Foundation for this nod to all the work that went into it! I guess I’ll be headed back to Chicago this summer to celebrate with ALL the finalists!!
