🎓𝔾𝕣𝕒𝕕𝕦𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕎𝕖𝕖𝕜 ℂ𝕝𝕒𝕤𝕤 𝕠𝕗 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟞🎓 No one’s college career is ever exactly as they imagine, and in the case of Alyssa she certainly endured an unfair amount of injuries and setbacks. It wasn’t until Senior year that we started to see the true impact of a healthy Alyssa that left many of us wondering what if? But, there’s a “what if” in anyone’s journey, and it’s looking the “what” that tells the true story. “What” Alyssa did was weather a whole lot of down time, and still remain committed to this program as much as anyone. There was never pain or frustration outwardly present because she showed up every day with a smile, and kind word, and lots of support for every one of her teammates as she was quietly grinding behind the scenes, focused on her comeback. It would have been so easy to walk away but that was not in her DNA and she fought back time and again until she was finally able to have an injury free stretch for all of Senior year.
