This fall, we hosted our first in-person InForum series in 3 years! Over the last few weeks, community leaders gathered to talk about workforce development. Data from the updated Child Well-Being Index, which provides a comprehensive evaluation of child well-being in Greater Atlanta, informed our discussions, especially as it pertained to the nearly 14,000 opportunity youth in the community - those who fall outside of college and career pipelines.    Armed with insights from the Index, attendees brought their unique and nuanced perspective to the table, making connections and providing fresh input for workforce development solutions. Topics of discussion included the importance of corporate involvement, and how initiatives like CareerReady ATL address workforce development for opportunity youth.     Having events like this is important because collaboration is key – no one institution can build stronger communities on their own.
