Thirteen years ago, in the span of 48 hours, over 300 civilians were massacred in Al-Bayda and Baniyas. Pro-regime militias entered homes, executed families, and burned entire neighborhoods to the ground. Women and children were among those killed. The perpetrators have not been brought to justice. Many remain free. omaralshogre, who lost his father and two siblings in Al-Bayda, carries video evidence of his father's murder. He, like so many survivors, is still waiting for accountability.
