After walking on to the Oregon Softball team and earning a scholarship, she went on to graduate magna cum laude from law school and is now an attorney in New York. In 2026, she launched The Soraya Foundation, named after her mother, to help former student-athletes navigate life after sports through postgraduate scholarships, mentorship, and holistic support.
