A little time capsule from the Buffer retreat in Barcelona! 🇪🇸 Last week, Buffer teammates from 24 countries gathered for our annual retreat. We asked a few of them what made the week special, & the answers came back beautifully consistent: the people, the food & the stories, meeting new teammates in person for the first time. 51 weeks of the year, we work remotely. This is the one week we get to be in the same place, at the same time. And every year, it reminds us why we do it this way! 💙 #bufferculture #barcelona
