I know this is ultimately not a big deal, but I can’t help feeling so defeated and frustrated when I’ve been working so ****ing hard to pump and couldn’t even make it close to 6 weeks without supplementing with formula. My postpartum hemorrhage and hospital stay really set my supply back and it just feels so unfair to have been chained to this pump and have all effort still not be enough. I’m in touch with a lactation consultant already, and I’ve made peace with the supplementation.
