When I started my postpartum journey, I didn’t have a plan. I was tired, healing, and taking care of my twins. The last thing I had was extra time or energy to “transform.” But I also didn’t feel like myself anymore. So I started small. I cleaned up my meals and slowly made time for 10–15 minute workouts or stroller walks with my twins. I focused on simple, high-protein meals that kept me full. I didn’t give up roti. I didn’t cut carbs. I just built meals around real food, things I could actually stick to. Slowly, the weight started to come off.
