Former #Utah QB Jack Tuttle has been ruled immediately eligible by the NCAA after transferring to Indiana in December. He will have four years of eligibility remaining. Tuttle was a top-10 QB recruit in the class of 2018 and chose the Utes over Alabama and USC, among others. However, he did not see any game action in 2018. #CollegeFootball #JackTuttle
