How does a refill store work? We refill any container that is clean (does not need to be empty!) and encourage you to bring your own containers. We will weigh your container and you only pay for what you fill up. Forgot your containers? We also provide containers from our jar recycling program and new containers for purchase. If you have any questions about refilling, just ask our friendly chicks in-store! STEP ONE: Bring in your clean containers (think mason jars, empty shampoo bottles, random tupperware, anything that can hold a liquid!)
