Behind every spotlight, giant screen, musical performance, comedy bit, surprise entrance, and unforgettable moment is an army of behind-the-scenes legends - audio engineers, video engineers, electricians, rigging crews, construction teams, production pros and countless others working around the clock to build the BIG top. Then somehow…after the show ends…they pack it all back up while most of us are asleep.
