I did competition karate for over ten year so I have never been shy to compete or be on a stage! This is a picture from one of my very first karate tournaments. Little did I know at that time that I’d end up being a nationally ranked martial artist competing in tournaments across the country, training with the best athletes in the world, and then one day end up competing in pageants.

Any opportunity I get to talk about the impact karate had on my life, I promise I will talk your ear off about it. The coaches I had from a very young age up until I retired from the sport instilled disciple, respect, and confidence in me that has changed the trajectory of my life for the better.
