Eid al-Adha is this weekend which marks the beginning of a several day long feast for Muslims around the world. In Morocco, there are many recipes that are deeply rooted in tradition and are an indispensable part of Eid. In honor of all those in my community observing this week, I’ll be sharing several traditional Eid dishes - a few of which you may have seen on my page plus a few new ones! First up, Boulfaf! It’s lamb liver that’s been wrapped in caul fat and grilled to perfection. It’s often one of the very first dishes eaten on Eid. Full video & recipe coming tomorrow. Until then, B’Saha & Bon Appétit! . . #moroccanfood #moroccancuisine #moroccan #marocaine #marocain #eid #eidrecipes #eidmubarak #eiduladha #recipe #traditionalfood #foodforfoodies #boulfaf #northafrican #foodblogger #moroccanblogger #dinnerswithdave
