4T mina olive oil
4 Tomatoes, grated
1T minced garlic
2T parsley, finely chopped
2T cilantro, finely chopped
1.5t ground cumin

1/2t Moroccan Fish Spices (Epices de Poisson) seasoning, optional
1 bay leaf
1T tomato paste
