I FINALLY made a video for the most requested recipe ever on DinnersWithDave - R’Fissa! Rarely do I feel truly proud of something I’ve made in the kitchen… but I was really proud of this one! 🤩 Very famous, old Moroccan dishes are sometimes complicated for me to master and authentically present on social media. Recipes change over time, there are regional differences in how a dish may be prepared and individual cooks may have their own creative twist. I typically spend hours studying old recipes to ensure what I share on DinnersWithDave honors the true essence of a recipe. R’Fissa was a complicated one for me as there are so many variations and variables in the recipe.
