Here’s how you can make them at home: Ingredients 1.75c all purpose flour 3c mazyana_brand extra fine semolina (finot) 2c lukewarm water 1t salt For Forming The Msemmen 6T clarified butter Extra fine semolina (finot) Vegetable Oil In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, semolina and salt. Gradually add just enough water until the dough comes together and is slightly sticky. You might not need all of the water, so add it slowly. Knead continuously for at least 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour. Form into a large ball and rub the dough generously with oil.
