I had a terribly hard time finding good resources in English on the subject so hopefully this tutorial helps you if cooking with cardoons is something you’ve wanted to try. ❤️⁣ ⁣ Pro Tip: The bottom of the stalk that’s removed in the beginning of the video - trim the browned bottom off, peel the outside of it and cook it in your tagine. It tastes like an artichoke heart and it’s the best part!
