I’ve never really been one to grill at home. First, I’ve always lived in an apartment which makes it complicated to grill with limited outdoor space. Second, lighting charcoal, waiting for the coals to be ready and the mess after - it never appealed to me. But, cooking in a traditional Moroccan grill, a mejmar, has totally changed my mind!
